"Do you want to have to call 4 times and go in 2 times just for something to still be wrong with your policy? This should be your first choice. I have lost count of the number of times I've had to contact this office to try and get my policy right. They double charged me for months. Once I finally got that fixed they pulled all the discounts and tried to triple my premium. There appears to be no oversight from the agent to his staff. After 10+ years with state farm this office has caused me to look elsewhere. Edit: since Paul decided to reply here and I can't. I have been a client of his for a year. He doesn't recognize my first name and middle name might not be the same. Maybe if he had called methrough all these problems he would know. Nice try bud"
